Bakko Armour LLC runs BAPC Affiliate Engine. This page says what it keeps and why.

Your account

Sign-in is handled by Sign in with BAPC (bapc.app). This app keeps your name, email, your workspace membership and role, and a log of what you change.

Visitors to affiliate pages

When someone clicks an offer, we record the time, the offer, the page, the language, the country from the network, and the device type. To spot bots we keep a keyed, monthly-rotated code made from the IP address (never the address itself) for 30 days; it is not kept when the browser sends Global Privacy Control. We set no tracking cookies on affiliate pages. The partner's site has its own policy.

Partner data

Commission and payout records you import belong to your workspace and are visible only to its members, by role. Tax documents are encrypted and visible only to owners and finance.

Cookies

Only a sign-in cookie, which lasts 12 hours. Ads shown through BAPC Ads ask for consent first; see bapc.app/cookies.

Your rights

Workspace owners can download all their data and delete their workspace in Settings at any time. For anything else, contact support.

Keeping and deleting

Click history is kept for your plan's period, then deleted. Deleted workspaces are removed at once; nightly encrypted backups roll off within 30 days.
