BAPC Affiliate Engine

How to use BAPC Affiliate Engine

  1. Sign in with BAPC. Your workspace is created the first time. Invite your team in Settings and give each person a role.
  2. Add programs. Programs → Add, or pick from the research list. A program starts as a prospect. When the partner approves you, set it to Approved and record the official terms address, then a compliance reviewer marks the terms verified.
  3. Record the partner's rules. Compliance → Partner terms → New version: which link types (direct, redirect, deep link), which channel types and markets, and which tracking parameter (if any) you may add. Without a current version nothing can be linked (default deny).
  4. Write disclosures. Compliance → Disclosures: one approved disclosure per language. It appears before every recommendation.
  5. Add offers and links. Offers → Add (prices need a source and an expiry, so stale prices are never shown). Links → Add the partner's link exactly as the partner gave it.
  6. Choose channels. Your own portal is ready. For outside sites, adopt them from the research directory, read each site's rules, and verify what it allows. Every community is checked on its own.
  7. Publish. Put an offer on your portal (Placements), or write a post (Publishing → New draft, by hand or with AI), send it for review, and once a second person approves it, schedule it. When it is due you post it yourself and record the live address. The emergency stop holds everything.
  8. Import results. Revenue → Import: the partner's conversions or payout statement as CSV (download the template), or connect a signed webhook. The same file twice changes nothing; bad rows are held back with the reason.
  9. Reconcile. Payouts: match each payout to the bank deposit. Differences open exceptions. The owner approves an accounting policy once, then journals are posted to your books or downloaded.
